Super friendly staff and beautiful beach access, but the area feels isolated and hot.

Had a sweet as stay, but the aircon was pretty rubbish and the drinks were warm. The food was delish though, especially the BBQ night!

Just spent 3 nights at a lovely hotel—rooms were spacious, and the beach was pristine. The food options were diverse, but the dessert selection could use some improvement. I'd definitely come back!

Great family vibes!
We spent 3 nights here, and it was a blast! The kids loved the daily activities, especially the beach volleyball and live music. Staff were super friendly, and we got to chill at the bar with tasty cocktails. One thing though, the wifi was pretty weak, which was annoying at times.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The beachfront room provided spectacular views, felt like a little slice of heaven on Earth you know? The staff was always right there when we needed anything, like that one time I needed gluten-free snacks, and they handled it without any fuss.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth the experience overall.

Our stay was fantastic! The family room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to unwind easily. We thoroughly enjoyed the full-board meal plan, featuring diverse buffet options that highlighted local cuisine each day. The evening entertainment included lively dance shows and a talented animation team, making every night fun.
Beach sellers were persistent.

the papillon had stunning gardens and a lovely pool area. the staff were incredibly friendly and made our family feel welcome, especially the animation team that kept our teens entertained. we enjoyed seeing the impressive baobab tree by the pool and loved the monkeys roaming around. the location felt safe and was close to everything we needed.
the food options could be improved.

The family room had daily cleaning that kept everything tidy and fresh. With unique entertainment led by the animation team, I found myself singing along during aqua aerobics and enjoying fresh coconuts around 3 PM-a nice touch that added charm to my stay.
The beachfront rooms might be the highlight, but other rooms felt a bit dated, especially given a lack of a safe and the absence of a shower curtain in some units. I encountered issues like air conditioning glitches and faulty bedside lights that took too long to fix. Dining could be better. The dessert options were pretty bland, leaving much to be desired after meals. While the monkeys roaming around added character, they could be troublesome if you aren’t careful about food around them.
